With over 30 years’ experience, Alasdair is a garden designer by instinct and training with a unique ability to interpret clients’ needs and desires. He combines a focus on the inherent joy of gardening with a dedication to pushing boundaries, particularly in sustainable design techniques, while always recognising the importance of traditional methods.

With a background in Environmental Communications, Tor is responsible for Cameron’s relations both internally and externally. Enriched by working in an industry that makes things beautiful and promotes interaction between the human and natural worlds, she has a particular interest in increasing the sustainability of Cameron’s working practices.

Anna started as operations manager with Cameron five years ago, following her passion for facilitating a happy and dynamic working environment in which professional and personal development are key. Her boundless energy and resourcefulness became essential to the harmonious day-to-day running of the company and she became Head of People.

Emily has always been passionate about gardening and its link to mental health. After 16 years working in brand activation and sports events, she joined Cameron to transfer her skill set and utilise her experience of running lots of different projects concurrently. She also took her RHS Level 2. Wanting to make a difference on how to landscape sustainably, Emily enjoys the pulling together of different teams to find the best solutions for efficient working and removing barriers to growth. In her spare time, when she is not found tending her own garden, she loves to throw parties and all things sporty.

With 27 years’ experience in accountancy and finance management, Sally certainly knows her numbers. But it is the feeling of being part of one big family that Sally particularly enjoys about working at Cameron. She also likes the variety of the work she does and the flexibility that this affords. Also a lover of the outdoors, in her free time she likes nothing more than walking her dog.

Beth’s background is in admin and marketing but she has found her home at Cameron because she is inspired by working on a product that has an artistic, imaginative core. She relishes the challenge of creating and maintaining living spaces which constantly evolve with the seasons. Beth takes huge satisfaction from overseeing that systems and processes work as efficiently as possible. Beth loves that Cameron is a hugely collaborative team and at its strongest when working together across departments and skill sets to realise clients’ visions.

Joe’s interest in landscape architecture, permaculture and the connection between nature and wellbeing steered him towards garden design. He trained in Landscape and Garden Design at KLC School of Design. Today he relishes the satisfaction of creating something of substance, meaning, longevity and having a positive impact on the welfare of people and wildlife. He enjoys the breadth, scale and scope of design projects, along with working closely with a talented team and the interrelationship between studio, construction and maintenance. At home Joe loves family life in the countryside.

After studying graphic design, Lulu completed her garden design diploma at KLC School of Design before joining Cameron. Lulu is particularly drawn to the symbiotic relationship between garden design and interior design and specialises in creating beautiful ‘outdoor rooms’. She loves the eclectic nature of the projects she works on at Cameron and executing the process from design to installation and maintenance. She also likes discovering new suppliers, developing materials plans and dressing gardens to look their best. When she’s not indulging her other passion for interiors, she’d like to be on holiday!

Vanessa followed work with Royal Horticultural Society with a diploma in Landscape and Garden Design at KLC. With a background in fine art, she enjoys the layering effect of creating a garden, from the structural lines to developing the trees, plants and aesthetics to create a single vision.

Kristian came to Cameron having worked as a landscape architect on larger commercial projects. He’s always enjoyed making and growing things so garden design seemed to be a natural path to go down. He enjoys the unique opportunity at Cameron of being involved with clients at every stage of the process from design, to installation, to maintenance. He loves the thrill of seeing the transformation of a space and revisiting places to see how they grow and evolve over time – a garden is never static. In his downtime he can be found on his bicycle.

A garden design graduate from the London College of Garden Design, Laura is passionate about plants, gardens and landscapes and believes the beauty of gardens comes from conveying the essence of nature. Prior to her diploma, Laura studied with the Royal Horticultural Society where she developed her knowledge of plants and horticultural practices. As she loves to be in the fresh air, it is unsurprising that she enjoys fishing, tennis and water skiing.

With a love of the natural environment, having a career which marries Max’s creative flair with his love of the great outdoors, bought him to Cameron. He has a management degree and previous experience in the construction industry. The thrill he gets from his job at Cameron is working with great teams and meeting new clients. He relishes Cameron’s focus on high standards in order to deliver a top quality product. He’s also big into sports – whether watching or playing.

Pedro grew up building things in gardens, this, combined with a fascination for art and sculpture led him to develop a career creating unique, well considered and beautiful spaces. He is inspired by nature and inspiring others with nature; the integration of design and engineering while working with nature. He relishes working alongside similarly passionate, hardworking people. Pedro loves the problem-solving element of his work and that every project differs so there’s always something to learn. Pedro’s other great passion is cooking having run an outdoor catering business.

A huge nature lover, Kitty’s interest in the industry was pricked while previously working alongside a florist. She loves the idea of bringing a garden to life and particularly enjoys working within a creative environment, alongside an inspiring and driven team. With no one day the same, there’s always a variety of challenges to overcome in order to maintain the high quality service provided by the projects department. She chills out with yoga and Pilates and loves a new restaurant find!

RHS-qualified at Merrist Wood College, Luke has always loved being connected with nature and working at Cameron provides him with an extremely rewarding career in horticulture. He is passionate about plants, nurturing them and watching them grow. For Luke, nothing beats turning dull, unused areas into green, lush and productive gardens or green spaces. He loves working on such a diverse range of gardens alongside like-minded colleagues, and also working closely with clients to help them enjoy the full potential of their garden. Life’s other pleasures include playing the sax, socialising and going to the pub!

Arthur became a gardener because he wanted to work outside using his hands and because of his love for watching something grow from seed in to something beautiful. He enjoys the camaraderie and genuine passion everyone at Cameron puts into their work every day. Working closely with clients is a daily pleasure too and putting a plan together, watching it come to life. He is also studying for a post grad in garden design at the British Academy. Outside work he runs a radio show showcasing emerging talent.

Having always lived in the countryside and appreciated the power that gardens and landscapes can have on people and places, Izzy found this an exciting and interesting field to be in. She took a postgrad Diploma in Garden Design at the British Academy of Garden Design before joining Cameron. She enjoys the lively, fun nature of working as part of a strong and supportive team at Cameron and that no two days are ever the same. When not working, Izzy can be found walking her dogs in the countryside or riding horses.

Dan has an innate love of plants and seeing how they can transform and elevate a space into something beautiful. He finds that working at Cameron pushes him constantly to try and better himself and improve his work because the calibre of the jobs they take on is always high and a premium level of quality expected. Outside of work he can be found playing his drums or indulging his love of photography and cooking.

Even though Seb has been working at Cameron for over 15 years, he still likes nothing more than seeing the smile on a client’s face once a project is completed. As the leader on site, Seb is in charge of overseeing projects from start to finish. He is highly dedicated and the ultimate job satisfaction for him is seeing the best possible finish of a job well done.
